Job summary

Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a permanent HR Generalist to manage staff requisition, headcount reporting, and end-to-end recruitment for the Singapore office.

You will assist in payroll coordination with outsourced vendors, onboard and offboard employees, and support development plans, performance management, and L&D duties.

The role requires a degree or higher, at least two years of HR experience, strong confidentiality, independent work style, and good communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• At least 2 years of HR experience.
• Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
• Able to work independently.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff requisition and headcount reporting.
• End-to-end recruitment processes.
• Assist in payroll and liaise with outsourced payroll vendors.
• Provide advisory to members of Singapore office.
• Participate in year-end reports.
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding for Singapore.
• Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
• Assist in L&D duties.
• Ensure timely processing, notification and acknowledgement of leavers cessation.
• Assist in managing P files and other HR admin matters.
• Ad-hoc duties.
