Job summary

Singapore Association for Mental Health, The seeks an HR Executive to partner with centres and departments, delivering essential HR services. This role is a 6-month term with renewal potential, focusing on recruitment, training administration, and intern/locum management while ensuring policy compliance and timely HR support.

You will coordinate with stakeholders, manage annual performance processes, and address HR-related queries, contributing to a smooth HR operation across the organization.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years full-spectrum HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and PDPA.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle the entire recruitment process (sourcing, shortlist and interview candidates, prepare salary proposal, offer successful candidates, and onboarding).
• Administer Training (course registration, payment, subsidies submission etc). Maintain staff training records and monitor budget utilization.
• Management of Interns and Locums (sourcing, onboarding, and payments), and monitor expenditure.
• Perform various HR Administration processes such as contract renewals, conversion to part-time, employee benefits, and off boarding.
