Job summary

RICOH (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a capable HR Generalist to support the full spectrum of HR functions in Singapore, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and offboarding. You will prepare and process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements.

The ideal candidate has a degree in HR or related discipline with at least 3 years of HR experience, and hands-on payroll experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years HR experience, preferably Generalist.
• Hands-on payroll administration experience.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment law/regulations.
• Experience with TimeSoft Payroll System; SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently in fast-paced environment.
• High level of accuracy, integrity and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Support the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and offboarding.
• Prepare and process monthly payroll with accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate year-end tax filing and statutory reporting (IR8A, IR21, CPF).
• Administer compensation and benefits programmes (insurance, medical benefits, welfare).
• Assist employee relations matters including grievance handling and disciplinary processes.
• Prepare HR documents (employment contracts, confirmations, promotions, salary adjustments).
• Manage work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports.
• Support HR projects including engagement, training, wellness, and process improvements.
• Provide HR operational support to ensure efficient office operations.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned
