Qualifications

• 2–5 years of HR Generalist experience with payroll duties.
• Solid knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll software is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Office.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation up to date.
• Support onboarding, transfers, and offboarding processes.
• Administer benefits, leave, claims, and attendance.
• Prepare HR-related documents and employment contracts.
• Coordinate recruitment activities and candidate communication.
• Ensure compliance with Employment Act and HR regulations.
• Respond to payroll and policy inquiries from employees.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain databases.
• Support HR initiatives and ad hoc projects.
