Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is hiring an HR Executive for a manufacturing setting to support recruitment, payroll, onboarding and employee lifecycle tasks. The role offers exposure across HRIS, learning and engagement activities, and vendor coordination in a busy production environment.

You will handle end-to-end recruitment for shop-floor roles, prepare payroll inputs for outsourced payroll, manage onboarding and offboarding, and assist with training administration and time-attendance records.

Qualifications

• Entry-level HR professional with exposure to recruitment, payroll and onboarding preferred.
• Experience across HRIS, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment, particularly for manufacturing and operational employees.
• Post vacancies, screen resumes, coordinate and conduct interviews.
• Prepare offer letters and maintain employee records.
• Manage new hire onboarding, including pre-employment medicals and orientation.
• Handle employee offboarding and exit administration.
• Support work pass applications and renewals where applicable.
• Process monthly payroll inputs for outsourced payroll vendor.
• Verify payroll details and ensure accuracy of processing.
• Maintain physical personnel files and employee documentation.
• Support HR invoices and provide general HR administrative support.
• Coordinate internal and external training programmes and maintain training records.
• Handle training grant administration and liaise with training vendors.
• Support employee engagement activities and company events.
• Administer HRIS covering leave, claims, time management, training and time-clock attendance.
