Sysma Construction Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage HR operations, payroll, and compliance for the Singapore entity. You will liaise with MOM, handle work passes, and maintain employee records while coordinating payroll and benefits.

The role requires 6–7 years of relevant HR and payroll experience in Singapore, with strong knowledge of MOM regulations and CPF/IRAS filings. Proven confidentiality and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum 6-7 years of HR and payroll experience in Singapore.
• Strong knowledge of MOM regulations, Employment Act, CPF, IRAS tax filings, and work pass administration.
• Experience with payroll systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and maintain strict confidentiality.

Aufgaben

• Manage the full spectrum of HR operations, ensuring compliance with Singapore employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Liaise with the MOM on employment-related matters.
• Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related administration.
• Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
• Prepare and coordinate employee income tax filings, including IR21, IR8A, and other statutory submissions.
• Administer CPF submissions and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Manage monthly payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary administration.
• Administer employee benefits, leave management, insurance claims, and group insurance policies, including policy purchases and renewals.
• Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and employment lifecycle activities.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding of new hires.
• Support manpower planning and talent acquisition initiatives as required.
• Oversee day-to-day office administration and operational activities.
• Manage office supplies, facilities, vendors, service providers, contracts, subscriptions, and renewals.
• Coordinate the setup, issuance, replacement, recovery, and tracking of employee laptops and other company assets.
• Maintain accurate records of company assets, IT equipment inventory, and related policies.
• Manage employee email accounts, system access, and workplace access requirements for new hires and departing employees.
• Undertake any other HR, administrative, or operational duties as assigned by Management.
