Job summary

RICOH (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding and payroll processing.

The role requires hands-on payroll, benefits administration, and strong knowledge of Singapore employment law, with experience in TimeSoft Payroll and SAP SuccessFactors as a plus. You will handle employee records, HR reporting, and work pass administration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in HRM, Business Admin, or related field.
• At least 3 years of HR Generalist experience.
• Hands-on payroll, compensation and benefits, and statutory compliance.
• Solid knowledge of Singapore employment law.
• Experience with TimeSoft Payroll System is required; familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and offboarding.
• Prepare and process monthly payroll ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate year-end tax filing and statutory reporting (IR8A, IR21, CPF).
• Administer compensation and benefits programmes (insurance, medical benefits, welfare).
• Support employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes.
• Prepare HR documentation (contracts, confirmations, promotions, salary letters).
• Manage work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports.
• Support HR projects, engagement, training, wellness and process improvements.
• Provide HR operations support to ensure smooth office operations.
