WEIDA ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR Officer to support end-to-end HR functions in Singapore.

The role covers recruitment, onboarding, work pass administration, payroll processing, and maintaining HR records with strict confidentiality. The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Degree, familiarity with MOM portals, and solid knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act. Training will be provided for fresh graduates.

Qualificações

• Diploma or Degree is required.
• Fresh graduates or candidates new to HR are welcome; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Familiarity with MOM portals (WPOL, EPOL, FWL) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and HR practices is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to handle confidential information.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings and interviews.
• Prepare employment contracts and letters of offer; onboarding for new hires.
• Handle work pass applications, renewals and cancellations per MOM requirements.
• Process payroll, CPF contributions, and tax clearance for foreign employees.
• Maintain employee records, HR databases and generate HR reports.
• Provide employee relations support and ensure compliance with Employment Act and company policies.
