Job summary

AEDGE HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an HR professional to manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding. You will prepare contracts and letters, maintain HR records, and coordinate payroll and statutory contributions.

You will also handle work pass matters for foreign staff, liaise with MOM and other agencies, ensure policy compliance, and support employee relations to address disciplinary issues and workplace concerns.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, transfer, resignation and offboarding.
• Coordinate recruitment activities: job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling and offers.
• Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters and salary adjustment letters.
• Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files and HR databases.
• Oversee attendance, leave, medical leave and HR administrative tasks.
• Process monthly payroll: overtime, allowances, deductions, CPF contributions and statutory requirements.
• Handle work pass applications, renewals and cancellations for foreign employees.
• Liaise with MOM and other government agencies on employment matters.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and company HR policies.
• Assist with employee relations, discipline, grievances and workplace concerns.
