Job summary

Lovet (S) Pte Ltd is seeking an entry-level HR professional to support recruitment, onboarding and HR operations. The role covers employee records, documentation, and payroll-related tasks within a structured HR function.

You will work Monday to Friday, 9:00-18:00, at our Serangoon location, dealing with confidential information and assisting with compliance and training initiatives. This position is ideal for candidates starting their HR careers in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Entry-level or up to 2 years of HR experience preferred.
• Solid knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Able to handle confidential information discreetly.

Responsibilities

• Assist end-to-end recruitment: postings, screening, interview coordination and references.
• Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees.
• Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.
