Job summary

Our client is a global commodities trading house with an established presence across international markets. As the business continues to grow its footprint in the region, it is seeking an HR Generalist to join its Singapore office and support its people agenda across APAC.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of People, you will be responsible for HR operations across the region, focusing on recruitment operations and employee lifecycle activities. You will help ensure the smooth and consistent delivery of core HR processes and documentation across the firm's offices, while providing day-to-day support to employees and the business.

As part of a lean HR function, you will be exposed to broader people initiatives and have the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility as the business develops. You will also contribute to strengthening HR processes, templates and ways of working, bringing greater efficiency and consistency to the firm's people operations.

Requirements

You are degree qualified with relevant experience in HR generalist or HR operations roles. You would have experience supporting employees within an international, fast-paced and high-growth organisation. Organised and detail-oriented, you are proactive and confident in engaging stakeholders, with a hands-on approach and an interest in improving processes and developing broader HR capabilities.
