Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide Learning and Development administration support.
• Administer training grants and liaise with vendors.
• Handle recruitment tasks including job postings and resume screening.

• Manage payroll inputs and liaise with payroll vendors.
• Oversee employee records and HRIS updates.
• Assist with employee engagement activities and events.
• Support pre-employment medical arrangements and pass renewals.
• Maintain company intranet and staff announcements.
• Prepare reports for HR meetings.
