Jobline Resources Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisory Lead to develop, implement, and integrate HR initiatives across Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Performance Management, Payroll and data administration. You will provide subject matter expertise on global process design and contract scope maintenance, while guiding cross-functional teams and driving HR process improvements.

The role requires 10+ years in HR Transformation with advanced knowledge of operating models

Qualifications

• Degree in HR Management with 10+ years in HR Transformation / HR Process & Solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in Business Operating Model.
• Experience with Business Requirements Gathering and Contract Solution Gap Analysis.

Responsibilities

• As a Human Resources Advisory Lead, you will be responsible for leading, developing, implementing, and integrating initiatives or programs related to Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Performance Management, Payroll, Workforce, and data administration.
• You will provide deep subject matter expertise on global process design, deployment, and maintenance of contractual scope of work.
• You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Drive the continuous improvement of human resources processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align human resources strategies with overall business objectives.
• Analyze complex challenges and develop innovative solutions that support workforce planning and organizational growth.
• Support and guide team members by sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive and compliant with evolving standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resource Management or related studies with at least 10 years of working experiences in HR Transformation / HR Process & Solutions
• Advanced proficiency in Business Operating Model is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Business Requirements Gathering and Contract Solution Gap Analysis is suggested.
• Preferred experience with human capital management tools like successfactors
