ONION SEARCH PTE. LTD. partners with a dynamic local startup to lead HR, finance, and administration in Singapore. The role covers payroll, policy development, office management and end-to-end financial oversight, with emphasis on compliance and process improvements.

You will ensure MOM compliance, drive SFRS-aligned reporting, and coordinate cross-functional teams to support rapid growth in Singapore’s tourism sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, HRM, business administration or related field.
• 5+ years end-to-end finance and accounting experience (full-set accounts, reporting, budgeting, GST, audits).
• 3+ years HR & administration management experience with Singapore regulations.
• ACCA or CPA qualifications preferred.
• Familiarity with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, MOM regulations, CPF, and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Oversee HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance, compensation, employee relations and staff engagement.
• Handle EP/DP applications, renewals and cancellations per MOM rules.
• Develop and maintain HR policies in line with Singapore employment laws.
• Oversee payroll, leave, records and HR systems ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Manage office administration, premises, assets, vendors and outsourced services.
• Coordinate training and development to maintain a productive workplace.
• Oversee full-set accounting, month/year-end close and financial statements per SFRS.
• Manage budgeting, cash flow, treasury, receivables/payables and financial planning.
• Monitor project costs and provide timely financial insights to management.
• Oversee GST, corporate tax filings, audits and statutory reporting.
• Establish internal controls and compliance standards; liaise with auditors/tax agents/banks.
