Job summary

GOLDEN BEEWORKS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced HR professional to advise on Talent Acquisition, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and handle work pass processes within a Singapore-based team.

The role requires strong English communication, 3+ years in HR, and a passion for the F&B industry, with a focus on compliant, efficient HR operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR with Talent Acquisition and HR Operations focus.
• Proven communicator with stakeholder management across levels.
• Ability to meet deadlines and juggle multiple ongoing projects.
• Proficient in MS Office; capable of preparing professional presentations and reports.
• IHRP-CA/CP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Talent Acquisition advisory support to internal stakeholders on HR matters.
• Assist in attracting, interviewing, and hiring; manage full recruitment lifecycle from posting to offer negotiations.
• Handle work pass applications and renewals to comply with regulations.
• Help implement HR processes and policies to ensure efficiency and legal compliance.
• Support employee relations, grievances, and guidance for restaurant operations.
• Coordinate end-to-end HR operations: onboarding, confirmations, resignations, transfers, staff requests.
• Perform any other HR tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing Talent Acquisition advisory support on all HR-related matters to internal stakeholders.

• Assist in attracting, interviewing, and hiring new talent to join our growing team. You'll assist with the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

• Managing the process of work pass applications, ensuring timely execution, renewal of work passes.

• Assist with implementation of existing processes and formulating HR policies, in consideration of the effectiveness and efficiency of the processes, and ensure organization stays compliance to the local legislation.

• Assist with employee dispute and grievances handling through effective communication, guidance and mentoring to the restaurant operations

• Coordinate end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, confirmation, resignation, internal transfers, and handling staff requests.

• Other HR related task as assigned by the superior

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human Resources sector, with a focus in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment, HR Operations

• Proven communicator with stakeholder management skills, possessing the ability to build rapport across all levels

• Ability to work within deadlines and well‑organised in handling multiple on‑going projects

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in preparing professional presentations and reports

• Passionate about the F&B industry and motivated by business growth and innovation

• Excellent command of written and spoken English

• IHRP-CA / IHRP-CP certification an added advantage
