Job summary

Ma Kuang TCM Healthcare Group in Singapore is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and support HR operations. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting suitable candidates to Hiring Managers while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

You will coordinate onboarding, assist HR projects, and contribute to employer branding and recruitment campaigns.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in recruitment and HR administration.
• Familiar with Singapore employment laws, CPF, IRAS, and MOM requirements.
• Experience with headhunting or recruitment is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to handle confidential matters professionally.
• Strong communication skills and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
• Proactively source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates; present suitable candidates to Hiring Managers.
• Manage recruitment platforms, social media postings, and employer branding initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing on recruitment materials and campaigns.
• Participate in career fairs, recruitment events, and collaborations with agencies and government bodies (e.g. e2i, WSG).
• Prepare recruitment reports, including hiring outcomes and recruitment costs.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Support HR projects, staff engagement activities, and other HR operational tasks.
