IDEALS RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent HR Recruitment Co-ordinator to support operations in the construction sector.

The role focuses on recruitment activities, work permit processing, onboarding and offboarding, and coordinating with the training team. You will handle staff dormitory administration and perform other duties as directed by the Deputy Director. A Diploma in HR or related field and at least 1 year of relevant experience are required, with on-site responsibilities at

Qualifications

• Diploma in Human Resources or relevant studies.
• 1 year of relevant experience in construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment activities, processing work permit, onboarding and offboarding process.
• Liaise with training team on courses for staff
• Support the monthly administration in Staff Dormitories
• Other activities assigned by Deputy Director
