Job summary

AlwaysHired Pte. Ltd. is seeking an HR Executive in the Manufacturing Industry to oversee end-to-end HR operations from recruitment to payroll.

The role involves coordinating onboarding and offboarding, managing compensation and benefits, and ensuring payroll accuracy. The candidate will liaise with Directors on administrative matters, administer work pass applications, handle employee relations, and ensure compliance with employment laws.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant HR experience.
• Diploma or degree in HR or Business.
• Singaporeans/PR may apply.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact with Directors for administrative matters.
• Manage full spectrum HR functions including recruitment, onboarding & offboarding, payroll, compensation & benefits, performance management cycles.
• Administer work pass applications and renewals.
• Ensure timely payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Handle employee relations and foster positive work environment.
• Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations.
• Liaise with management on HR operations matters.
• Performs receptionist duties.

The Role:

• Act as primary contact with Directors for all administrative matters
• Manage full spectrum HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding & offboarding, payroll, compensation and benefits, performance management cycles, including appraisal coordination and feedback facilitation.
• Administer work pass applications and renewals.
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, including employee salaries and benefits.
• Oversee benefits administration, such as medical, insurance, and other employee welfare programs.
• Handle employee relations, fostering a positive work environment and resolving conflicts.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Liaise with Management on HR operations matter.
• Performs Receptionist Duties
