Job summary

BHJ Security Technology PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive HR Associate to manage day-to-day HR and administrative functions, supporting the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to onboarding, records, payroll coordination and compliance with Singapore employment requirements.

The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, approachable and able to work independently while supporting both management and staff, with strong communication and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR management, business administration or related field.
• 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in Singapore.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment practices and statutory requirements.
• Familiarity with Employment Act, CPF, leave administration and work passes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
• Experience with HR/payroll software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, interviews, onboarding and employee records.
• Handle leave, attendance, payroll coordination and employee benefits.
• Prepare HR letters, employment contracts and related documents.
• Submit CPF, Income Tax filings (IR21, IR8A) and other statutory contributions.
• Apply for and renew work passes and monitor MOM quota balances.
• Handle pass applications, renewals, medical check-ups, insurance, welfare, liaise with portals for foreign employment.
• Manage Group Employee Insurance Plan and process membership changes.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations and statutory requirements.
• Provide general HR and administrative support to management.
