Job summary

Ideals Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking an HR Administrator with a focus on recruitment, payroll processing, and HR documentation. The role involves administering full HR processes, payroll, and reporting from the Tuas site in Singapore.

You will handle welfare activities and assist with ISO & BizSafe documentation, with company transport provided for the Tuas location and a 5-day work week from 9am to 6pm.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HR Management with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Info-Tech Software and HR systems.
• Good knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Full cycle of recruitment process.
• Processing monthly payroll.
• Prepare and submit HR reports monthly.
• Handle full HR documentation.
• Assist in organizing company welfare activities.
• Assist in ISO & BizSafe documentation.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
