Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in HR, Business or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years HR administrative experience.
• Knowledge of work pass regulations and HR documentation processes.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue all employment-related correspondence and documentation.
• Manage end-to-end work pass transactions: new applications, renewals, cancellations.
• Coordinate pre-employment medical examinations and maintain accurate records of outcomes.
• Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, authorities.
• Maintain and update employee files and HR database.
• Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
