Job summary

MTC Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking an HR Assistant to support recruitment, onboarding and payroll-related administration in a permanent role in Singapore.

The position requires a Diploma in HR/psychology or related field, at least 1 year of HR experience, and hands-on work with recruitment, employee lifecycle and HRIS systems.

Mon to Fri 9.00am - 6.00pm, located at Macpherson; basic salary around SGD 3000–3600 depending on experience. Only shortlisted candidates notified.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of HR experience.
• Experience in recruitment, employee lifecycle and HR administration.

Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, HR documentation and HRIS updates.
• Coordinate employee engagement, welfare, training, CSR, ESG and sustainability activities.
• Support payroll inputs, attendance, leave, claims, benefits, insurance and tax-related administration.
• Manage MOM work pass applications, renewals, cancellations and expiry tracking.
• Support ESG reporting, audits, compliance activities and liaison with employees, agencies and authorities.
