A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an individual to provide critical administrative support within HR Group Ops & Technology. The role includes preparing HR data for reporting, organising datasets, and managing office tasks. Ideal candidates hold a diploma in HR or related fields, possess strong Excel skills, and are detail-oriented and organised. This position offers a full-time contract with a dynamic team environment, and will also involve new HR projects.

Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 08.30am – 5.30pm (Friday)
The HR Group Ops & Technology team is seeking for an individual to provide administrative support under the Division Management Office (DMO) team. This individual will help with planning activities, prepare reports, assist with various office administrative tasks. This role will also allow individual to participate in ad-hoc HR projects, helping to organize and coordinate activities and support other process improvements initiatives.
