Key Responsibilities
- Oversee hiring process, including job postings, screening candidates, interviews, orientation and onboarding/offboarding processes
- Managing daily HR operations and office administration matters as needed
- Support implementation of new company policies by developing processes and systems that support the policies’ and HR operations' needs
- Administer insurance policies, medical benefits, and employee welfare activities
- Handle internal communications on company platform(s) to keep employees informed and engaged
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives including surveys and feedback mechanisms
- Manage employee travel arrangements, including assisting in visa application as needed.
- Stay up-to-update on the latest employment practices, industry trends and regulatory changes and ensure compliance
- Support and ensure compliance in relevant audits
- Establish learning roadmaps and policies to support continuous professional growth
- Manage internship program as needed
- Undertake ad-hoc duties and projects assigned
Requirements
- Minimum diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of local employment act, statutory requirement, WSH regulations, and HR best practices.
- Good command of written and communication skills with the ability to interact with people of all levels.
- Great team player with good interpersonal skills, independent and positive working attitude.
- Meticulous and proactive.
- Ability to multi-task, excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and work under pressure
