Job summary

GREEN ZENERGY PTE LTD in Singapore seeks an HR professional to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. The role manages recruitment, screening and selection, and supports performance and salary review processes.

You will bridge management and staff, ensure Singapore labour law compliance, implement benefits programs and provide payroll support, with a focus on building a competitive, compliant, and engaged workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management or Business Administration.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Singapore labour law and HR best practices.

Responsibilities
