Job summary

FUTURE FIELDS PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive HR executive to run and support a wide range of HR operations in Singapore. You will own end-to-end recruitment, manage HR databases, oversee benefits and leave, and coordinate training while ensuring compliance with MOM regulations.

You will collaborate with site management and Group HR, engage with blue-collar workers, and contribute to HR standards and efficiency. A bilingual candidate is a strong plus for effective communication across teams.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience; manufacturing/FMCG/F&B background is a plus.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations.
• Able to work independently, meticulous, organised and comfortable engaging blue-collar workers.
• Bilingual proficiency is a significant advantage.

Salary range : S$2,500 to S$3,300
