JB Frozen Food Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our Singapore team and manage full-cycle talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll, and statutory compliance.

The role supports employee lifecycle activities, performance management, leave, records, and benefits administration in a fast-paced SME environment. You will ensure compliance with Singapore Employment Act, WICA and MOM work pass rules, handle CPF/IRAS e-filing, and liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma in HRM/BA or related field.
• 2–3 years of HR generalist/operations experience in Singapore.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, WICA, MOM work pass rules, CPF/IRAS e-filing (IR8A/IR21).
• Experience with Payboy and GIRO payroll systems.
• Mandarin language proficiency required for communication with stakeholders.
• Meticulous, independent and discreet with strong interpersonal skills.
• Immediate availability or short notice preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage full talent acquisition lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
• Execute monthly GIRO payroll and CPF/IRAS filings.
• Coordinate probation reviews, appraisals, salary adjustments, renewals and exit processes.
• Oversee leave tracking, insurance/WICA claims, and PDPA-compliant records management.
• Schedule mandatory training and provide day-to-day HR operations support.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment & Onboarding: Manages the full talent acquisition lifecycle, from job posting and interviewing to conducting orientation and completing new hire documentation.
• Payroll & Statutory Compliance: Executes monthly GIRO payroll and itemized payslips while ensuring strict compliance with CPF contributions, MOM work pass applications, IRAS tax filings (IR8A/IR21), and government grant submissions.
• Employee Lifecycle & Performance Management: Coordinates probation reviews, assists with annual performance appraisals and salary adjustments, tracks contract renewals, and oversees exit clearance and exit interviews.
• Benefits, Leave & Records Administration: Oversees leave tracking, medical checkups, insurance/WICA claims, and maintains up-to-date physical and digital employee personnel files in compliance with PDPA guidelines.
• Training & General HR Operations: Schedules and tracks mandatory safety or industry training courses while providing day-to-day administrative support, HR correspondence drafting, and operational logistics.

Requirements & Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands‑on HR generalist/operations experience in Singapore (SME environment preferred).
• Technical Competencies: Strong practical knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, WICA, MOM work pass regulations, and CPF/IRAS e‑filing (IR8A, IR21).
• Software Proficiency: Hands‑on experience with local cloud‑based HR/payroll software (e.g., Payboy) and Bank GIRO payment systems.
• Language Proficiency: Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin is required to effectively communicate and liaise with Mandarin‑speaking internal stakeholders, operational staff, and external vendors.
• Attributes: Meticulous, independent, and capable of handling confidential information with strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Availability: Able to start immediately or within short notice will be an added advantage.
