Job summary

MINDEF in Singapore seeks an experienced architect to shape the evolution of the Army's HR system, moving from legacy processing to high-touch personnel stewardship, digital process automation, and data-informed decisions.

You will re-engineer HR processes, lead development of new HR capabilities, embed data capabilities, and streamline workflows to support senior management and workforce transformation across the organisation.

Qualifications

Education in Human Resource or a related field is preferred.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in Human Resource strategy, strategic workforce planning or workforce transformation.
Good understanding and knowledge of Human Resource practices and HR systems.
Analytical and strategic agility to translate operational intent into actionable steps.
Interest in the latest technology developments in government and commercial sectors.
Excellent critical thinking skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate convincingly and relate with diverse population groups.
Good stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Architect and drive the evolution of the Army's HR system.
Re-engineer business processes to improve efficiency and optimize workforce allocation.
