DSTA is seeking a motivated professional to join the HR Plans and Data Governance team to support HR digital transformation. You will enable end-to-end data automation, governance across HR systems, and analytics to empower data-driven HR insights.
The role requires 5–10 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and writing skills, and effective stakeholder management. A degree in Human Resources is preferred, and the candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for a motivated individual to join the HR Plans and Data Governance team to support the developments of HR digital transformation in DSTA, to ensure the end-to-end data automation, coherency and governance across HR-related systems to protect HR data and facilitate HR data analytics.
The intent is to enable HR to effectively attract, develop, engage, and retain the desired workforce in DSTA through evidence-based, data-driven insights and strategies in a timely manner.
