Job summary

Government Technology Agency (GovTech) is seeking an LTA-HR Assistant/Deputy Manager on a 1-year contract to join the Learning and Career Development Division. You will contribute to developing organisational capabilities by driving competency- and career-related initiatives across LTA.

You will play a key role implementing a competency-driven career management framework, reviewing frameworks, and leveraging data to identify staff development needs. Collaboration with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in any discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working with data to derive insights and support decision-making.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management abilities.
• Able to engage stakeholders and present to management staff.
• Familiarity with HR systems (e.g. Workday) and data visualisation tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop competency- and career-related initiatives across LTA.
• Drive the competency-driven career management framework and related programmes.
• Review and implement competency frameworks, learning catalogues and career pathways.
• Collaborate with business units to close competency gaps and strengthen workforce capabilities.
