Job summary

Certis Tech-Ops and Services Pte. Ltd. seeks an Assistant Manager, Employee Data Management to lead a team responsible for accurate maintenance of employee data and HR transactions in a Shared Services setting, with SAP HR data governance and payroll-related support.

You will ensure data confidentiality, collaborate with Payroll and HR partners, drive process improvements, maintain SOPs, and support audits while delivering service levels and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• Experience in HR operations, employee data administration or HR Shared Services with high-volume, time-sensitive transactions.
• Hands-on experience with SAP HR/HCM or equivalent HRIS.
• Prior experience supervising or leading an operational team.
• Experience supporting payroll inputs, audit requirements, service-level delivery and process improvement is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the Employee Data Management team, ensuring quality, productivity and adherence to standard procedures within service levels.
• Act as escalation point for complex employee data matters and coordinate timely resolution with stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate, timely input of employee and company data in SAP, with audit and confidentiality compliance.
• Collaborate with Payroll and HR teams to reflect data changes for payroll processing and downstream HR activities.
• Governance: handle data per policies, controls and confidentiality; support audits and risk management.
• Drive process improvements by identifying gaps, root causes and implementing system and workflow enhancements; maintain SOPs and training materials.
• Prepare reports and metrics for workload management and performance.
