Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is looking for a trainee recruitment assistant. You will screen candidates via phone and in person, and match profiles to client opportunities.

You will be mentored throughout the onboarding and offboarding steps and gain experience in data entry and general team support. No prior experience required, ideal for fast-paced, team-oriented individuals.

Qualifications

• Min 'A' Level / Diploma & above.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• No experience required as you will be attached to a mentor.

Responsibilities

• Screen candidates through phone and face-to-face interviews.
• Match candidates' profiles to client’s job opportunities.
• Follow through candidate’s selection, onboard and offboard process.
• Data mining and data entry.
• Provide general support to Recruitment Teams.
• Other admin duties as assigned.
