Responsibilities

• Conduct regular audits of attendance, shift schedules, and leave tracking.
• Flag and report discrepancies to HR Manager.
• Maintain up-to-date employee files and digital records.
• Review and update HR policies and SOPs.
• Support internal HR audits and assist external inspections.
• Provide admin support for HR compliance tasks.
• Take on other duties as directed by the HR Director.

HR Compliance Executive

Location: Kallang, Singapore

Reports to: COO

Salary: $3000-3500

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm

Mission of the Position

As an HR Compliance Executive, your mission is to uphold the integrity of our HR operations by ensuring consistent adherence to policies and procedures across the company. You will play a key role in supporting audits and compliance checks, with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular audits of staff attendance records, shift schedules, and leave tracking systems to ensure accuracy and policy adherence.

• Flag and report attendance discrepancies or non-compliance issues to the HR Manager for further review.

• Help maintain up-to-date employee files and digital records in compliance with company policy and data privacy laws.

• Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies and compliance SOPs when needed.

• Support internal HR audits and help prepare for external regulatory inspections.

• Provide administrative support for other HR compliance activities.

• All other tasks as advised by HR Director
