Qualifications

• Strong advocacy for AI tools usage and adoption.
• Adaptable, creative, open to new ideas and able to execute.
• Analytical and excellent writing and presentation skills.
• Comfortable engaging people at different levels.
• At least 3 years of experience in Leadership Development and/or UI/UX.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-migration plans for the intranet platform, including branding and AI tool integration.
• Develop and implement leadership development programmes and learning pathways.
• Collaborate with senior management and diverse groups to drive change and improve user experience.
