Job summary

GovTech is seeking an HR professional to join the Learning and Career Development Division. You will develop organisational capabilities by driving competency- and career-related initiatives, implementing a competency-driven career management framework, and supporting learning programmes and career pathways across LTA.

The role requires 2+ years in learning, career and competency development, excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and strong data analytics to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• Requires a tertiary qualification in any discipline.
• Experience in learning, career and competency development (2+ years).
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Data-driven with the ability to derive insights and support decisions.
• Analytical, with good project management and delivery under deadlines.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint; familiar with HR systems and data visualisation tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop competency and career development frameworks and programmes.
• Drive learning catalogues, career pathways and related change management.
• Collaborate with business units to review and enhance competency frameworks.
• Leverage data analytics and AI-enabled tools to identify staff development needs.
• Present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
