Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore invites applications for an Assistant/Deputy Manager, Human Resource (Workforce Planning). You will support workforce planning and digitalisation efforts, building analytics, dashboards and reports to guide HR decisions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in digitalisation or automation tools, preferably in Data Science, Business Analytics or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate insights.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented and a team player with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Forecast workforce requirements in line with organisational priorities using analytics.
• Analyze manpower demand, supply and trends to identify gaps and interventions.
• Develop workforce dashboards and reports to support decision-making.
• Identify automation opportunities and support HR digital transformation efforts.
