Job summary

The Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore is seeking a Deputy / Assistant Manager, Learning & Communications (Capability Development) to align learning programmes with capability priorities and to deliver engaging communications.

You will oversee learning-related communications, including EDMs, homepage content, events, publicity materials, and multimedia content; manage Learn Day sessions, internal sessions, and programme administration; collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth

Qualifications

• Strong strategic thinking aligned with capability development objectives.
• Excellent writing and communication skills for EDMs, articles, presentations.
• Creative mindset to develop engaging campaigns and learning experiences.
• Proficient in photography and videography, including basic editing for multimedia content.
• Experience managing corporate communication channels (intranet, newsletters, EDMs, event publicity).
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills across multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive, collaborative, and able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in Build/Environmental sector and related consultancy/training preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut or equivalents.

Responsibilities

• Align learning programmes with Group capability development priorities and ensure effective communication of learning experiences.
• Oversee development of learning communications: EDMs, homepage content, event announcements, publicity materials, multimedia content.
• Coordinate learning programmes (Learn Day, internal sessions): scheduling, registration, logistics, feedback, administration.
• Prepare presentation materials, event briefs, communication plans and trackers for smooth delivery and continuous improvement.
