As a HR Business Partner, you play a critical role in supporting the Group and business entity leaders on all people-related matters, driving workforce stability, talent development, and employee engagement. This role combines employee experience, HR advisory work and hands‑on talent acquisition to ensure that teams are equipped, supported, and aligned with business priorities. You will act as a trusted partner to leaders, a culture ambassador, and a key driver of HR processes that strengthen organizational capability and performance.
Partner with business leaders on all aspects of the people agenda, including workforce planning, talent assessment, onboarding, and development.
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on organisational needs, succession planning, and workforce effectiveness.
Drive performance enhancement conversations and support managers in building high‑performing teams.
Guide people leaders in managing key employee moments through meaningful check‑ins and feedback.
Drive key HR processes such as performance management, probation reviews, and workforce planning cycles.
Use data insights to support decision‑making on recruitment effectiveness, manpower productivity, and resource planning.
Partner with HR Operations to ensure consistent, compliant, and employee‑friendly HR processes.
Identify opportunities to improve HR workflows and employee experience.
Manage full‑cycle recruitment for all roles across the Group—including job postings, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, and offer management.
Attract quality candidates across PME using diverse sourcing channels (job boards, referrals, social platforms, industry networks).
Develop robust talent pipelines to support current and future business needs.
Oversee end‑to‑end onboarding to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the team, culture, and expectations.
Design and implement programs that strengthen employee morale, well‑being, and retention (team‑building, recognition initiatives, engagement activities).
Conduct pulse checks, stay interviews, and feedback sessions to understand employee sentiment and propose solutions.
Act as a culture ambassador supporting leadership in embedding values and creating positive employee experiences across the employee lifecycle.
Support organisation‑wide engagement surveys and drive follow‑up actions.
Support the planning, manpower coordination, and execution of key company events (e.g. AES/Beauty Fiesta), including roster planning, employee communications, and stakeholder coordination to ensure successful event delivery and strong employee participation.
Minimum 5 years of HRBP and/or talent acquisition experience, ideally in consumer goods or a fast‑paced environment.
Highly resilient, adaptable, thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment with the ability to navigate ambiguity, build alignment across diverse stakeholders, and exercise sound judgement with a high degree of autonomy.
Experience partnering with both PME and Part 4 workforce (bonus), and building effective teams.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving capabilities.
Independent, resourceful, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Willingness to support key company events, including occasional work outside regular office hours and on weekends, as required for major Group events.
