Job summary

LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics in Singapore seeks an experienced HRBP to deliver strategic and operational HR support to Senior Leaders across two beauty brands. The role partners with HR functions to align people initiatives with business objectives and drives value for management and employees.

You will collaborate with management and COEs, lead recruitment strategies, support performance and salary reviews, and manage projects across SEA and Asia.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience as HRBP in fast-paced industries such as Retail, Hospitality or F&B.
• Good balance between HRBP and Operations.
• Ability to work in an ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational HR advice to Senior Leaders for two beauty brands.
• Partner with HR COEs to deliver integrated HR support aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate activities across the People cycle (performance, salary reviews, engagement, recruitment).

• Support recruitment strategies for senior leaders and review HR policies.

Job description

This role delivers both strategic and operational HR advice and support to Senior Leaders by assessing and anticipating Business HR-related needs for 2 beauty brands. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The HRBP is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated brands.

• Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build a new One culture, and increase productivity and retention.
• Acts as a strategic partner, coach, change agent and employee advocate to provide leadership on all Human Resource initiatives to the assigned brands. Through an understanding of the business and engagement with the business leaders, translate the business requirements and challenges into relevant HR actions and initiatives.
• Coordinate and execute some activities related People cycle (People review, Performance assessment, salary review, Employee engagement surveys, recruitment and salary requests etc)
• Equip managers with appropriate tools and knowledge to effectively manage their people in line with their development plans e.g. performance management, career management.
• Collaborate with COEs to ensure consistent and integrated HR support to the business
• Support senior leaders in recruitment strategies
• Review and benchmark the internal and external environment to improve the HR policies and initiatives
• Identify and drive the communication and sharing of best practices across functions to facilitate continuous improvement
• Manage specific projects for SEA and Asia
