Job summary

Executive Compass Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring an HR Assistant Manager to join the APAC HR team. The role is a 70/30 split between Internal Communications & Employer Branding and broader HR generalist responsibilities, reporting to the Regional Head of HR.

You will lead internal communications, employer branding, and employee engagement while collaborating across Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Performance Management, and HR projects across APAC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Analytics or related discipline.
• 6 years HR experience in broad HR generalist or HRBP role within FMCG.
• Strong experience in Internal Communications, Employer Branding and/or Employee Engagement.
• Experience in Talent Acquisition and end-to-end recruitment is a plus.
• Excellent communication, copywriting and content creation skills.
• Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Internal Communications and Employer Branding initiatives.
• Partner with hiring managers on talent requirements and end-to-end recruitment.
• Support HR operations, payroll coordination and HR reporting.
• Support performance management, talent development and learning initiatives.
• Assist HRIS administration and data analytics.
