Job summary

Executive Compass collaborates with a leading international consumer brand to recruit an HR Assistant Manager for the APAC HR team in Singapore. The role spans Internal Communications, Employer Branding and Employee Engagement, with exposure to Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Performance Management, Learning & Development and HRIS.

Reporting to the Regional Head of HR, you will work across APAC markets to craft engaging content, manage end-to-end recruitment, maintain HR records, and support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Analytics or a related discipline.
• 6 years of HR experience, ideally in a broad HR generalist or HR business partnering role within FMCG.
• Strong experience in Internal Communications, Employer Branding and/or Employee Engagement.
• Experience in Talent Acquisition and end-to-end recruitment.
• Excellent communication, copywriting and content creation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of Internal Communications and Employer Branding initiatives.
• Create engaging content for internal and external channels and town halls.
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to strengthen culture and experience.
• Partner with hiring managers on talent requirements and manage end-to-end recruitment.
• Support HR operations, payroll coordination and HR reporting.
