Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates or internship experience welcome.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment processes including job requisitions and descriptions.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition on requirements and progress.
• Assist onboarding and boarding, including documentation and system access.
• Support HR reporting, dashboards and data validation.
