Job summary

ST Engineering's eServ HR team seeks an HR Associate to deliver efficient HR support across service lines. Responsibilities include managing staff re-appointments, posting jobs, generating employment certificates, and issuing staff IDs with accuracy and a client-focused mindset.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of HR experience, a Diploma in HR or related field, solid knowledge of HR practices and employment laws, and strong MS Office skills. SAP and AI workflow familiarity are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of HR experience preferred, especially in education/research settings.
• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong understanding of HR practices and employment legislation.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail for high-volume work.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HRIS; SAP experience a plus.
• Experience with applied AI or workflow automation is a major plus.
• Proficiency in using generative AI tools to drive productivity is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Process job postings for the client’s workforce.
• Handle high-volume staff re-appointments in line with internal policies.
• Generate employment certificates and respond to staff inquiries promptly.
• Produce staff identification cards and manage related tasks.
• Support other HR-related tasks as required.
• Ensure HR services meet SLAs with high accuracy and timeliness.
