Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking an HR Administrator to manage the full spectrum of foreign workforce administration, payroll, onboarding, and welfare matters.

You will liaise with MOM and external agencies, maintain records, ensure compliance, and provide support on HR policies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of HR and payroll experience, preferably in construction.
  • Hands-on experience with Work Permit administration and foreign workforce matters.
  • Familiar with Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and payroll processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulous, responsible, and able to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full spectrum of foreign workforce administration, including Work Permit applications, renewals, cancellations, and pass-related matters.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, offboarding, medical examinations, insurance, and statutory documentation.
  • Prepare monthly payroll, monitor attendance, overtime, leave records, and ensure timely salary processing.
  • Administer dormitory accommodation, transportation arrangements, and day-to-day welfare matters for foreign workers.
  • Liaise with MOM, dormitory operators, project sites, and external agencies on employment-related matters.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and proper filing of HR and administrative documents.
  • Support supervisors and employees on HR policies, employment matters, and administrative enquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Singapore employment regulations.
  • Provide general HR and administrative support and undertake ad hoc duties as assigned.
