Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an HR automation analyst to work with the Benefits team to design, test, and implement automation solutions in HR processes. The role will measure outcomes such as productivity savings and reduced manual effort, and will document procedures for business continuity. It also supports UAT for MAS changes and vendor management activities.

Location is Raffles Place, Singapore, with a 1-year contract and a salary of up to SGD 4,000 per month.

Qualifications

• Min Degree in Human Resources or similar with internship experience.
• Experience with HR processes and automation is a plus.
• Knowledge of MAS regulatory reporting changes is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Benefits team and stakeholders to design and test automation solutions.
• Track outcomes such as productivity savings and reduced manual effort.
• Document processes, procedures, and training materials for business continuity.
• Support UAT for system changes arising from MAS regulatory reporting.
• Support Wellness Activities and Vendor Management tasks
