Job summary

Shingda Construction Pte Ltd is seeking an HR Analytics & Reporting Associate to consolidate HR data from multiple sources and build dashboards using Power BI and Excel. You will prepare reports on headcount, turnover, training, recruitment and demographics, and ensure data accuracy through validation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in HRM, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint or data analytics tools is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate HR data from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
• Prepare reports on headcount, turnover, training, recruitment, and employee demographics.
• Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy.
• Review existing HR processes and recommend improvement opportunities.
• Assist in digitising HR forms, workflows, and approval processes.
• Support automation initiatives using Power Platform (Power Automate, Forms, SharePoint).
• Document process maps and workflow diagrams.
• Support implementation of HR transformation and improvement projects.
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, and documentation.
• Track project milestones and prepare status updates.
• Assist with stakeholder engagement and training activities.
• Support employee survey administration and reporting.
• Assist in implementing digital employee engagement initiatives.
• Contribute ideas to improve employee experience through technology.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
