Job summary

You will clean and analyze recruitment and attrition data, maintain HR records and ATS, and help develop a consolidated talent metrics dashboard while collaborating with multiple HR teams.

Qualifications

• You are pursuing an undergraduate degree or diploma in a relevant field such as HR, analytics, or information systems.
• Proficiency in SQL and Google Apps Script with data cleaning and dashboard building abilities.
• Comfort with Google Suite applications (Sheets, Docs, Slides) for data work and reporting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; team player with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Clean, organize, and analyze recruitment and attrition data using SQL and Google Apps Script.
• Maintain HR records, databases, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Develop and maintain a consolidated dashboard to track talent metrics.
• Collaborate with HR teams on cross-functional projects.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
