Job summary

NHG Health is seeking an experienced HR Reporting and Analytics professional to lead the HR reporting function and contribute to people analytics. The role focuses on statutory reporting to MOH, manpower reporting for senior leadership, and end-to-end HR data management from SAP SuccessFactors.

The incumbent will develop dashboards in SAC, govern data pipelines, and drive automation and AI-enabled improvements across HR operations, collaborating with MOH, Synapxe, HRIS, and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR analytics, reporting, or HR systems.
• Experience in the public healthcare sector is advantageous.
• Strong proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors and HR data management.
• Ability to translate requirements into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR reporting and analytics, including statutory submissions.
• Develop and govern workforce dashboards in SAC to support planning.
• Coordinate with MOH, HRIS and vendors on reporting changes.
• Embed data, AI, and automation into HR operations.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and documentation.
• Support enterprise initiatives with HR data and analytics.
