Qualifications

• Fluency in English; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality client and stakeholder outcomes by clarifying needs, confirming scope, and aligning delivery to team priorities.
• Manage end-to-end HR casework including documentation, workflow tracking, and timely closure.
• Coordinate across HR partners and related teams to align owners, handoffs, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
• Produce recurring and ad hoc reports, reconcile inputs, and interpret data to surface themes, risks, and opportunities.
• Maintain confidentiality and governance standards in day-to-day execution.
