Job summary

Quantum Leap Career Consultancy in Singapore seeks an experienced Human Resource & Administration Executive to join the Finance & Administration team. You will partner with business leaders to drive HR operations, recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, and ISO compliance.

You will own end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, HRMS maintenance, and regulatory submissions, while contributing to workplace culture initiatives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HR Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR generalist experience.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment laws, MOM regulations and PDPA.
• Experience with HRMS and payroll basics.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned units and manage interviews and offers.
• Oversee onboarding, lifecycle changes, mobility and exit processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and manage work pass administration under MOM rules.
• Support payroll verification, benefits, and statutory submissions.
• Drive employee engagement and training initiatives.
